Dow’t.
Sometimes a ticket is just not worth answering.
Even at my tiny studio we will regularly leave a guy to stew in his own filthy bathwater, especially if it’s either an elementary query you can answer yourself (but are just far too important to use Google) or some egregious nonsense like “my wifi is garbage and that’s why I died and lost my stuff so you have to reimburse me” - no we don’t, see you in 6 months when we send you a bottle response that opens with the word Unfortunately…

I loved that actor in Dead Pool.
@Yume_Mahou I have done a few tickets, it takes on average 3-4 days to get a reply on mine. However I think the support is 3rd party. Because it takes me a week to get back to them, my issues take about a month to get resolved.
Have fun!
While I have not needed support in a long time, and I can’t say what their like now.
I found the support team to be the unsung heroes of the game and any interaction with them was more than just and fair.
Edit; Crap, I forgot to add I was polite about it.
Sakura,
Yeah, it’s really strange. I’ve had tickets resolved within 24 hours before, but this time, I’ve been waiting a week with no response. It seems like in-game support is handled fairly quickly, but anything involving the NES store, subscriptions, or account issues just gets left behind.
It’s frustrating because this should be a simple fix, but the lack of communication makes it even worse. Hopefully, they step up their response times soon.
