I dont understand why Tec2 launchers give more DPS than domination launchers even though the reload on domination launchers is 13.95 s and on Tec 2 launchers its 14.40 s .
Anybody can use faction weapons (and they can use T2 ammo) if they want to pay the high prices for them before most folks can train up T2 weapons. I suspect that and sometimes powerr/cpu fitting issues may factor in why folks sometimes go with faction weapons.

Specialization skill gives bonus damage to T2 launchers/turrets, but not to faction.
