I’m surprised Mittani is that dumb to say some of the things he’s said, based on some of what has been said of what he’s saying, over half of that is breaching player agreements rules.

I don’t think that there is an issue there on the rules that I have seen. Though I think it is often a dangerous thing to meta game a GM, I would not however expect CCP to do anything against him on a personal level for this, because it is like CODE in that sense. He is going after hisec as a whole and it is economic warefare, at the base level I take the drifters thing as being purely the use of nullsec outrage to be able to make the embargo stick more. So it is smart play.
