A simple idea.
An option to change what sounds play and when.
I.E.: If I wanted to make the game play Darude - Sandstorm on repeat when I was docked on a station, I could make it do so.

We used to have this, it was called the Jukebox.
It was removed because the software it was built on went out of date somewhere around 2005, it allowed you to load arbitrary files in the client posing a security risk, and CCP aren’t an audio player company which meant it was taking dev time away from more important and useful features.
