Encounter Surveillance System Bug or Purpose

Hello fellow EVE-Pilotes,

I am having “issues” with the Encounter Surveillance System. Upon clicking on the Information Tab i cannot see any information´s at all. Neither Skill requirements nor General Information´s like size etc.

Does anyone know if thats a bug or is this made on purpose?
