Endless loading in launcher

OLD LAUNCHER + link (CCP pls turn off update on this one, that will work for us all) ...WORKING NOW

Link for the old launcher: http://binaries.eveonline.com/EveLauncher-1225328.exe (cancel launcher update at the start) I can start this one, cancel the update, and see my accounts. When I try to log on, first I get an error about disk permissions and something about shared cache, whichever option I choose, the old error (0xc000007b) is back again, and I can’t start launcher anymore, same as with the new launcher.
