If I believe correctly EDs stack damage regardless of hit. So it it possible for a Leshak to shoot like 100km away and move closer, then directly get full 250% damage?
Disintegrators can only fire when the target is within their optimal range. If you, or the target move out of range, the weapon will stop cycling and you have to start ramping up all over again.
