If somehow you have an account linked to a email adress you dont use for anything else, there is some services on the net like saymine that can send emails to all contacts and asking to permanently erase the account. Unfortunately i wasnt aware of it until i check that email account for somwthing else, it was too late., my account was erased.
Its sad because i had all the corp stuff on it…all gone.
I hope that something will be done about this.
Meanwhile, check your mail about saymine.com in case youre close to deletion and erasure.

You should file a Support Ticket in this Case, normaly, Eve Online Accounts would not be erased.
A GM could help you to get back into you Eve Account.
