I played this game almost two years ago, but I stopped playing because my account literally yust dissapeared, and recently I have decided to come back with the other two old accounts that I didn’t lost. I reinstalled the official launcher, but when I open it with one of my accounts, and select any of my characters, the game yust closes itself.
I have contacted with support, but since the problem isn’t because of EVE, they are unable to help me. The issue seems to be happening due to some kind of error with my computer (which is strange keeping in mind that is the same I used to play EVE with).
The error is “c0000005”, that is an Acces violation error. I have asked in too many web pages, I have done almost everything that I could find. but still the error keep happening.
Here is a list of everything I have already done without any result:
-Uninstalled every single file of the old and new game (included caché, player data, everything I could find in my pc with the name of EVE or CCP).
-Reinstalled the game entirely, including from steam and the official launcher, both without result.
-Set the graphics settings in the game to the lowest possible ( even if that is not the problem because I used to play with better graphics).
-Installed different graphics adyust for windows, bothe the x64 and x82
-Veryfied all the game files.
-Executed the program as an administrator.
-Runned the game in both DirectX11 and DirectX12.
-Runned a LogLite, wich resulted on: // ‘tranquility’ for EVE game client for ‘23751327’ exited with an error code. Exit code: 3221225477, signal: -1 //
I hope someone can help me fix this so I can finally play again.
