I have problems logging into the game

game keeps crashing when i try to launch my account from the launcher.

Tried clearing the cache? Tried uninstall/reinstall?

OP appears to be having a dll issue. This was most likely the result of a recent windows update. Thankfully it’s fairly fixable.

  1. hit win+r (win being the key with the windows icon) and type cmd. Accept the UAC pop up

  2. type sfc /scannow and wait for it to finish.

3)restart computer.

Reasoning: a recent update broke some secure dll calls. Microsoft has recommended not installing it, but if you did you’re well a bit screwed, that is the secondary recommendation that most have found works to reestablish the calls. The strings of hex code are also memory calls, so you may have a faulty RAM stick
