Estimated Item Value differs from in-game

I’m fairly new to industry so please bear with me on this.

Looking at the Estimated Item Value (EIV) in-game for producing a Medium Auxiliary Nano Pump II, I see it states 26,934,867 ISK whilst hovering over the ‘Total Job Cost’ section of the industry window (1 run T2 BPC)

When I pull the adjusted price into Excel using a query with https://esi.tech.ccp.is/latest/markets/prices/ it states 38,104,999.48 ISK.

I think I must be misunderstanding as I thought EIV and adjusted price would be the same? If not, can someone please explain the difference?

The price used to manufacture things is based of the materials to manufacture at ME 0 (adjusted cost)

Not the adjusted price of the final product.
