EVE ACP doesn't recognize that i finished the career agents

(before someone aks: yes i completed ALL Career Agents, years ago)
I once asked this question on a different char but didn’t knew then that there was an actual fix for that

Has anyone experience if CCP completes the ACP and make the rewards claimable?

So if all agents are red to you, you may file a ticket (ingame F12) and ask for help.
