EvE Blueprint - highly customizable production platform

o7,

Greetings capsuleers.

After years of using Google Sheets and Excel, I finally decided to take a leap of faith and build a proper tool for the pain points I kept running into with other tools. As a product of that, https://eve-blueprint.com/ was born and is live now!

I would like your help finding the bugs and bad math that plague a lot of tools like this!

Currently the features that are supported are:

Core BOM & production planning

  • Full manufacturing and reaction trees with buy-vs-build decisions at every material
  • Realistic batch planning — set Runs per BP to match your actual blueprint copies, with slot-shortfall warnings when your roster can’t cover what’s needed
  • Production scheduling across a connected character roster, with slot capacity and skill-based time reduction
  • “Fit to Build” — paste a ship fitting, and every module, charge, and drone on it gets added as its own build
  • Full invention support — success chance, decryptors, skill-based calculations, and an estimate of how many BPCs and attempts your run actually needs

Blueprint procurement

  • Named, reusable structure profiles — define each real structure once, mark one “Set as Global” as the default for new components, reassign any component individually
  • Live Jita 4-4 blueprint contracts — browse real listings, sortable/filterable, mark one bought to lock in real cost and stats
  • Import your own owned blueprints via EVE SSO — personal or corp (with a division picker) — BPOs applied automatically, BPCs filling in as needed
  • Table view with per-component facility overrides — build one item at a different Station/rig/system than the rest of the tree

Cost & financials

  • Profit & Loss tracking — material costs, job fees, broker fees, sales tax, per-product margins, with one-click discard of underperforming products

Inventory & data import

  • Import your inventory via EVE SSO — personal or corp hangar, filtered to what’s relevant

Progress tracking & teams

  • Manual, explicit progress tracking (Start/In Progress/Completed) per component, with live corp job data shown as reference only
  • Skill requirement warnings — flags what your characters can’t build, with a per-character breakdown of what’s missing
  • Multiple named, switchable projects, each independent
  • Shareable build links and Discord webhook notifications
  • Share links carry your whole setup — progress, structure assignments, invention settings, not just the material tree

Planetary Interaction

  • PI production chains from raw extraction through P4 commodities
  • Customs Office tax modeled both ways (export and import)
  • Multiple named planet tabs, each fully independent
  • Planet linking — auto-links to a material another planet already produces, with shortfall/surplus warnings
  • Chain P&L combining every planet’s profit/cost, linked materials counted once
  • Independent share links per planet

Quality of life

  • Runs entirely in your browser — no account, character data never stored on a server
  • Collapsible panels that remember their arrangement across sessions
  • Zoom out on large builds, click any node to edit at full size

Just to be clear: although I’m a software developer, I’ve never developed web apps before — so most of the code was written with AI assistance.

I opened a GIT repo so that all bugs, feature requests, or general suggestions can easily be reported

o7,

There were some reported bugs and some major fixes.

Also, I have included 7 languages on the webpage (English, German, French, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Russian, and Japanese). As I am not a native speaker, please raise a bug if you find that a translation is bad or I missed a mark with it!

New Market section, and prices that now come straight from ESI

EvE-Blueprint has grown a second half. Alongside the production tools (BOM, Project, PI, Logistics) there is now a Market section for market research, and the prices behind the whole site have moved to a new source.

What’s new

Two-level navigation. The top row is now Production · Market · About, and each section has its own sub-tabs underneath. Production keeps BOM, Project, PI and Logistics. Market has Table, Graph and Arbitrage. The site remembers the last page you had open in each section.

Market → Table. Every tracked item (the roughly 500 with the most open orders across the five trade hubs) with its buy and sell books side by side:

  • best price, the average price of the best 5% of the book, units, order count and spread
  • 24h change, 5- and 30-day moving averages, distance from the 30-day average, RSI, volatility and a 30-day sparkline
  • units traded per day and days of supply or demand, so you can tell a deep market from a thin one

Sort on any column, search by item name, and pick any system. Jita, Amarr, Dodixie, Rens and Hek show that exact system’s books. Any other system shows the books for its whole region. Click a row to open that item on the Graph. Long tables scroll after 30 rows, with the header pinned.

Market → Graph. Price history for the item (30, 90 or 180 days) with moving averages, Bollinger bands, volume and RSI, plus a live snapshot of the open orders: the 20 best buy and 20 best sell orders with price and units. For a region-wide view it also shows which system each order is in.

Market → Arbitrage. Compare one item across the five hubs and see the best route for it: cheapest place to buy, best place to sell, a hub-to-hub margin matrix, and a ranked table with profit per trip, profit per jump and ISK per m³. Set your cargo capacity, sales tax, broker fee and minimum margin, and choose whether you sell into buy orders or list a sell order. Hauling uses packaged volume, so a hull that’s huge assembled is sized correctly for the trip. Routes are flagged when a trip would exceed the daily volume or when slippage matters.

Under the hood

The old price job is gone. A new collector runs inside the same Java backend that powers collaborative projects. It pulls every region’s order books from ESI every 5 minutes and stores only what changed, so quiet markets cost almost nothing. It also keeps up to 200 days of daily history for the five trade-hub regions and the industry cost indices. The BOM reads its prices and cost indices from this collector.

One change to be aware of: BOM prices are now Jita system prices, not the whole Forge region. An item that sells elsewhere in The Forge but has no Jita orders will show no price.

Known limits

  • Price history and the indicator columns only exist for the five hub regions. For other regions you get the live book without them.
  • The new Market screens are in English for now. Other languages fall back to English until they are translated.
  • Prices are as fresh as the collector’s last 5-minute cycle, and every row shows how many minutes old it is.
