If you have a better proposal to reduce bot uptime by 33-66%, for the cost of all players solving a 5-10s simple bot-test once per hour, I’m all ears.
I’m all for an ingame test"or bot challenge". What I’m not into is the stone wall effect ccp has given me since this action took affect.I paid to be able to play, a day -maybe 2 at most should’ve been plenty to review the action, yet a week later and they still haven’t even acknowledged my tickets.
That gets more time consuming as we progress. Wouldn’t it be nice if all the clutter was in a chatbox instead of in the thread?

If I had expressed the extensive list of guidelines in a chatbox, youd have to scroll up past hundreds if not thousands of chatbox entries each on a different topic, to see them.

Your idea is bad because it’s bad game design. There is no such thing as a good captcha. The fix to bots is by having good game design. But I know better than to do anything other than call you out on the stupid things you say, because I’ve seen how you post on forums. Just the worst. The status quo is a better option. At least the game more or less functions, if not well. Yours would kill it off. Name one other game that’s stupid enough to put captchas in the middle of gameplay. A game that isn’t bankrupt.
And yeah, there are better options. There are lots of ways to make a game un-bottable. Bots aren’t endemic to every game out there. Or even most games. There are nearly as many ways to avoid bots as there are games. The broader discussion on fighting botting made far more progress before you started taking part in it. Fortunately, I don’t view myself as a Jr Game Developer. And also fortunately, CCP knows better than to listen to you.

My bot-test will shave 33-66% off bot uptimes, depending on whether they are NEETs or working people, + whatever time they need to bot AFK for other chores or vacations.
They will only be able to bot whilst at their PC, NOT whilst afk.

Has anyone located any bots in High Sec? I might have some time this evening to locate and destroy them. I been manufacturing Catalyst just for this ganking. I want to throw them away in this cause to add toward their elimination.
