I didnt rule out criminal acts. I specifically said that some TOS/EULA violations break laws. In anycase, any violation of the TOS/EULA empowers CCP to act against the client, per the terms of the TOS/EULA, as supported by contract law.

And yeah check my edit. You had previously excluded RL crimes specifically and so changing ypur question subtly is a pretty low move on your part.

See above edit as a re-iteration of my already existing position that I never excluded RL crimes. Some TOS/EULA violations comprise violation of RL laws, but all TOS/EULA violations break the contract, legally.
