Community Developer so i like the game after trying it years ago. but sadly who ever is running customer support is no good i have a person telling me 1 thing then read a email saying another first example NEW YEARS right around 12 in jita my refinary gets blown up so i had 1 in jita i go pick it up figured everyone would be busy but as i was undocking from over a million live players outside all shooting fire works the game got so bugged as i was undocking all i seen was a black screen when the undocking video came too i was stuck within the building and blew up and then i was podded people had thee bud ships piled up blocking the exit customer servericce told me it would be replaced im still waiting on that to happen iv mentioned it a few times, Next issue we had i ended up being war dec and im a single man corporation well i was anuways i set my base to be unanchored because this other corp already attacked me before and blew my base up and stole everything well they did it again this time they got everything thats to EVE i ordered OMEGA enough to cover the capsaleer day time now im thinking ok i ordered it 4 hours before cluster shut down i was piloting a ship that had omega items and needed omega to use well i fell asleep after cluster woke up got online and it had me still warping to a gate so when i came out the gate low and behold 1 of the 2 corps i was at war with was all over the gate now i couldve gotten away if i had my afterburnees and my cloaking and my ecm drones or jumpdrive but when i sent it to them and still didnt get my omega till 3 weeks later. ( 3 WEEKS ) so i was a sitting duckon top of that i was On my way! to gsave the base it wa gonna drop soon well when i got there i realized i cant fly my squall to pick it up so a friend was coming to help but whjen i warped only 3 au from where i was because i set a time my base dropped 10 mins early and when i warpped in i got to see a Drluge ship grab my coremy base missle batterys for base webbifier scrambler and reprocesing station .And i was told again it will be fixed nothing was done either and then like a week or 2 before that i got banned for 3 daysby a person that was trying to kill me by watching my stream but did they wait till i logged off to be temp banned noi was just about done with the 8 of 10 ded site in my stratios SOE ship while fighting i get kicked i dnt know what happen i quickly log in to me being in a pod and my ship died to a single Dron 1 lil drone and i just bought omega they wouldnt freeze that either. or replace that ship either. i dont make billions in a day or alot of pvp or fleeting yet now my issue is i finally got a Cenopath it was awesome i was ratting in our space my corp i joined since my base was stolen wellthe first time cassandra tyranos killed my rattlesnake i cant afford again and got me like a gate camperthe moment i moved from cloak she already had me scrammed with 3 lancers and 2 other cassandra tyranos needless to say i bles up in 3 sec or less really i let it go moved on well here im heading to a ded site i was half way done with and guess who they came in so fast i mean so fast she caught my ceno mid warp and prety much done recloaking in covert ops cloak as i was warping off all the other gates not with her i was stopped in my tracs and 2 shots it took --( 2 Fn Shots ) and it was 3 of here again 3 lancers andb4 blood battle ships its a bit much but yet nobody else is having a iise with her except a few i didnt try to kill her at any time i already knew that ship was powerful it needs to be nerfed maybe with update it is idk but id like it replaced plz and just so you know every email even when it took 3 weeks to give me my omega and 500 plex only replay i got for every problem was its not policy but yet POLICY says if its eves fault it will be replaced or fixed well i cant keep doing this im a very active player i mean active but if i cant get some things replaced im afrade i may have to invest else where and right when i was just about stable with my refianry and engineer base so i could use my 300 plus BPs to build ships and parts to sell now im back at the bottom if it was my doing id except that but when its not my doing i cant i was just robbed in real life of all my belongings everything and its being done in game also the 1 place i find peace but if i cant find peace of mind in the game. or have fun vs other players or build then im done. AND Maybe its just me but ever since i had a argument about policy with some guy with customer support iv had crap happen to me but nobody else maybe its just me…but if your in charge it looks like on here id like my 2 bases replaced i was promised then told to submit this other request to get it and i got told no when doing so? wth and my cenopath replaced thats the least they could do after a month of no plex or omega during capsaleer day event a that SMH so this is me reaching out it would mean alotif that could be handled by a professional as your self and not the AUTOMATED SYSTEM yall have then passed down to someone reading off a screen just telling people no lol

Key Issues

  • Jita Refinery Loss (New Year’s Event)
    During a New Year’s event in Jita, I undocked my refinery amid heavy server lag (black screen, stuck in station geometry). My ship was destroyed, and I was podded. Support promised a replacement but hasn’t delivered despite my follow-ups.
  • War Declaration Base Loss
    As a solo corp, I was war-decced and unanchored my base to avoid loss. It dropped 10 minutes early, and a Deluge ship stole my core, missile batteries, webbifier, scrambler, and reprocessing station. Support promised a fix but did nothing.
  • Omega Subscription Delay
    I purchased Omega 4 hours before a cluster shutdown to use Omega-restricted modules. The upgrade took 3 weeks to apply, leaving me defenseless at a gate camp. I lost my ship and couldn’t save my base. Support offered no resolution.
  • Unjust Ban During DED Site
    While running an 8/10 DED site in my Stratios, I was banned for 3 days mid-combat (possibly due to a stream-sniper report). I logged back to find my ship destroyed by a single drone. Support refused to freeze Omega time or replace the ship.
  • Cenopath Losses to Cassandra Tyrannos
    Twice, Cassandra Tyrannos NPCs (3 lancers + others) destroyed my ships (Rattlesnake and Cenopath) almost instantly, including mid-warp while cloaked. I believe these NPCs may be overtuned. Others have reported similar issues, but I seem targeted. No reimbursement offered.
  • Customer Support Frustrations
    Support has given conflicting responses—promising fixes then denying them, citing policy. After an argument with a representative, I feel my account may be unfairly targeted. A 3-week Omega delay during Capsuleer Day and automated replies have left me frustrated.

Per EVE’s policy, losses due to game errors (lag, bugs, or delays) should be reimbursed. I’m requesting the following replacements:

  • Two refineries (Jita and war-dec losses).
  • Cenopath (lost to Cassandra Tyrannos).

If someone posts a wall of text like this and wants me to have it read, i better get some compensation before i start to read. So if you want me to read it, please get in touch.
I don’t want to rightout call out an insult, because you might not be able to do better. But then give a warning and an explanation of your disability as an introduction before your posts.

In the meanwhile i am drawing my conlusions here and wonder if communication with support is also like this and what i would or would not do in their part.

Yo, real talk, if some rando drops a whole novel on me an’ expects me to wade through that mess, they better be ready to pony up some serious cheddar. Like, no cap, hit me up if ya want these eyes on your scroll. I ain’t tryin’ to throw shade or nothin’, ‘cause maybe you just ain’t got the deets on how to break it down.   2. no its not this long all together with customer support this is actully multiple issues not resolved but they act like it is resolved..

  3. yes on new years from all the fire works and big ships clumped together in docking bay i was destroyed then podded for the heck of it lost a base in the process and core

  4. capsuleer day event i purchased enough time and 500 plex to get ships and fuel for my base since i was war dec by a corp fort the 2nd time first time they blew my base stole the rest this time since no omega or plex to keep it fueled or my control tower fueled the tower and 2 other things were blown up so i set my base to unanchor to save it well still no omega or plex another week went by took 7 days to unanchor well i couldnt fly my squall to load my base i even bought omega again to see if it would go it didnt and when base dropped it was stolen core and reprocessing station all stolen by the same corp how they know the time frame your guess is good as mine. also with that issue when i bought the omega was hours before shut down i was in space in a navy drake well when omega never came and i loaded back up i had no afterburner no ecm drones no cloaking and few other things u needed omega for left me a sitting duck and open target and of course others seen that and killed my 350 mill navy drake fully modded out

  5. as for the cenopath yes the cassandra tyranos bs is a bit much and over powered why it goes for me idk others kill the lancers and have no issues i come through a gate i get warp scrammed in a mill sec and killed its killed my rattle snake and now my cenopath but when im in a cheap ship they pay me no mind but like i said we are moved outta that area now except i have 500 plus BPs stuck in there i was trying to get out in the cenopath but killed with 2 shots only 2 but mins before i was in a 10 of 10 ded and i could sit there and not loose sheilds.

  6. so sorry for the long msg above was tryingg to get everything at once and not a dozen posts so if theres any kind of discrimination because of it thats not right or fair to anyone joke or not i spent good money and time for all of them things and work very hard even after being robbed in real life and in game .

And yes i was promised a few things never got them customer service is a paain in the a$$ and the automated response is annoying i get they get swamped at times but 3 weeks really and even aafter 3 weeks i asked for what was owed and got nothing no extra omega no reembursment to make up for it nothing all i got was kicked back down to no base no place for my things and no place to build my ships and use my BPs the way i intended so if reading a long message is a problem then your prob not the right one to handle this situation no offence and this situation effects me and 6 others involved.
