EVE Launcher Failing To Verify

So, i am having issues with the Verification of the Game on my Laptop.

The Error is

Your EVE client installation may have modified, damaged, or corrupt files.

Eve Online\SharedCache\tq\bin64_trinity_dx9_deploy.dll

The file is bringing up that it is expecting something else than the file is providing. The game has been reinstalled, adn still the same error.

Can Anyone Help me please
