Eve not launching after todays update. (bad signature for file root:/bin/_trinity_dx9_deploy.dll)

After DT Eve is not starting anymore.
Below is start up log

I tried to delete the file, renamed it. A new one is created, still file is edited, or corrupted.
I did load the complete game new. Still error.

Any Ideas guys?

The launcher update from yesterday will not install for me either. There are 4 files and approximately 35 MB that will not install.

I have installed and downloaded the game again to a different hard drive. I copied the file from the new folder to the old one. Worked.
During the installation he is asking about the shared cache. Be sure you know what you click. This will overwrite all your stuff like window positioning and all.
Best is to make a safe copy of your old install!
