EVE-O Preview for macOS is a lightweight companion app for EVE Online multiboxing on macOS.

It is because macOS Gatekeeper
First drag EVE-O Preview.app to Applications
then run this:
sudo xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine “/Applications/EVE-O Preview.app”

It will be fix

Nope, says “no such file”. Tried to do it with % instead of scape, still nope.
