Well, EU prime time usually have the most players online compared to the other time zones. Might be a hint, but only CCP have the hard facts. Don’t think they’ve released any numbers on this.
EU prime time seems to be the busiest, followed by RU/china prime. with ustz coming in a close third.
although i suspect this may have to due with population density more than total number of players.
there could very well be roughly as many UStz players as EU, but while the eu is only spread accross 2-3 timezones (mostly) USTZ is spread across 5, so east coast is actually leaving prime time just as west coast are entering it. making it seem thinner.

Wonder if someone (not me) will figure out what those figures are per capita.
Maybe map out peak login values, then crosreference with timezones. This might give an idea, nothing will give you an idea of actual accounts if they are offline, especially in light of alpha, being plexed or being subbed. But you can get a decent idea by tracking peak logins over time within each respective timezone.
