Error 1: Logging into the website then clicking on Store changes account.
Error 2: Clicking buy on selected item again changes account.
Error 3: Some Russian text stuff on the wrong account (neither account is related to Russia they are both mine and as explained previously in regards to Russian errors on the website, if CCPs spyware think I am in Russia, its off by about a quarter of the world).
I then get through on the intended account, and Sales Tax is added to the price. This is illegal here (prices for items presented to privates must include tax). But as CCP is not local it may be legal for them. However I do not remember this being case, as far as I remember they used to justify the exchange rate on Euro (same price in USD and Euro on their products) with VAT being included in the price.
Question: Is it me remembering wrong, or when did CCP start this process of displaying Euro prices without tax in the website store?
If you got anything new to add, like if it actually is legal for CCP to not include tax in Euro prices, then go ahead and add it.
Highlighted the part you missed, or that is some serious error if that is supposed to be Russian.
As I told you last time, I am not going to fix the Russia problem for CCP, doesn’t matter if they ask for debug information via a troll fanboy account. Also this information is strictly private security, and asking in a public forum is simply unacceptable. Your post has been reported.
And next you are going to accuse the entire population of The Russian Federation of lying about being Russian in order to “prove” that I am Russian. We both know where this goes.
Asking questions is not accusing, but sure, go ahead and be hostile to people trying to help. Have fun getting your issue solved by getting angry at people asking questions.
No, but calling statements for questions is wrong.
There is also no attempt at help in the above, pay attention to the topic of the thread. Tittle, question actually asked etc. And stop helping the first troll derail the thread into a sub error encountered during the process.
Questions were asked, and you took them as insults and didn’t answer them. Knowing what country you are in would be helpful to know what laws apply. If you are using a VPN, that could be why the CCP website thinks you might be in Russia, but you won’t even say if you are using one or not. He was trying to help you identify the cause of the issue, but you attacked him. CCP needs to know where you are so they know what currency to charge you, what laws (taxes) apply to your point of sale, etc. People can pay in EUR, and not be part of the EU and have different taxes.
To verify laws about taxes, which you do complain about.
Do you? You actually never answer that though. If you aren’t using one, then just say so. If you are, well then that’s why you aren’t getting your expected results.
Euro prices can be listed in countries not in the EU. Telling us Euro prices actually doesn’t tell us anything.
This is from the rules of this category, you are not giving enough details to be able to figure out what is giving you this issue. If you don’t want to further explain, I suggest this thread gets closed.
It’s not CCP, but here is an Aussie complaining about having to use USD to pay for their subscrpition
Since I live in the US I can only see USD prices, but the only currencies that CCP even takes are USD, EUR, GBP, and Yen. (Russian Rubble was removed in 2022)
I actually don’t though. All I’m saying is that someone in say Turkey, might only be able to pay in Euros, but aren’t in the EU and therefore might have local taxes. This is why details matter and are needed to help your problem.
