We’re supposed to start a thread for every separate notion one may have. Then someone will say: you start too many threads.
How nuts is that.
Take what ursula says with a grain of salt because when faced with facts the guy tends to go on a rampage then submit an official surrender proclaiming they blocked you. 
And as you can see this guy tends to delete self-incriminating evidence just to try hide past errors instead of manning up and taking responsibility. Funfact in their posts was literally arguing against factual data pulled right from the server database claiming it is wrong.
Which is just one example of this person not even knowing what they are talking about. Just a heads up not to put too much trust on the words of someone like that because often these types of people get into pointless arguments normal people don’t thus their experiences differ greatly.
As for the forums in general just as the internet you can get all kinds of responses that’s how it goes, I wouldn’t put much emphasis on it. Spend some time on the forums before making a judgement call is my advice.

Just a heads up that Gix is one of the habitual forum trolls who’s basically only here to play insult games with anyone who’ll take the bait. There’s a fair number of them.
You can note them by the way they immediately launch into attack mode without ever bothering to even read 80% of your post. As with most trolls, engaging with them only makes them happier, so I just make my point and move on. Everyone already knows their replies are insignificant.
It’s been a restful break while he was occupied with more constructive things but sadly that’s over.

So the first six posts were useful and on topic mostly and without insults as far as I can tell and only the 7th post you might consider as such.
So if you want to put an emphasis on that your call. Most people, might say with one exception from your point of view was without insults so that is a pretty good ratio in my opinion.

@Kahna_Sung Don’t bother, you’ll always be incorrect and beside the point with those trolls. Only they are right, the rest of us are wrong. Help their ego and tell them they’re right. At least you won’t waste time writing posts that will be hidden or deleted.

Maybe best would be if you didn’t quote anything specifically and replied to the whole post instead without a specific quote if you meant it specifically about one person not in general.

Yes, I’m very confused. You’re right.
It’s okay. In other words your post with that specific quote sounded like you talk about the replies in this thread in general. And in that context it was out of proportion what you wrote. Without that quote your post would have been easier to understand in my opinion. (Because instead you meant to talk about Ursula specifically, which intention that quote misrepresented.)
It looks like I’m not the only one who is confused.

Thanks for the compliment but I’m very far from perfect. And to be frank never met a perfect human either, we all have our flaws and the sooner people accept this reality the sooner they become more tolerant towards their own and other people’s flaws.
This one seems to have some sort of victim mentality, everyone is a meanie and the blame is of course outside the person.
Youll not be able to say anything they agreee with thats not massaging their frail ego.

I was just joking around.
On a serious note, usually CCP launchers have day-of downloads for events, because otherwise big gigantic nerds like me inspect the binaries and try to spoil any assets given to them in advance.
There are usually patches for several days after. Because they’re ironing out bugs and graphical glitches. Especially for the Photon UI, which if you’re not using you definitely won’t see.
There’s numerous reasons to change code that aren’t in the “user visible feature” bucket.
Possible. I still do my best to improve the situation though. The rest is on them.
