why is this a problem with eve ? if your choose not to use your skillpoints then where´s the problem ? YOU skill your char and if you dont use it then its not a game problem, its a YOU problem !
YOU can always choose that you use all your SP ! Yes its impossible to use all SP at once but you can still fly a frigate in todays fight, a battleship in tomorrows fight and a cruiser in the day after tomorrow´s fight…

You’d know that if you actually played or had a clue beyond ganking miners in null. You don’t have a clue. You think what you rhink because when you’re ganking miners, you can use anything.
It’s a bit different in combat buddy.
for a miner gank you can use every ship also a mining ship xD
for big fights you cant choose cause your FC tells you what to fly !
for real fights you can use everything you want for fighting and everything is fine for this 
its up to you if you dont fly it …
but yes, if you think you has eaten wisdom with your 12 kills … then only marauders are the way to go and its only 1 ship xD
if youre not lazy then you will use less common ships to fight !

You gank miners, and in null. You’re the last person anyone should be asking for any advice on anything. You can indeed use anything when ganking miners in null. It’s not the same in combat buddy. You’ll find that out one day.
