Eve's War Dec Groups and who are they

Sure…

And when that happens it will be a good fight. And another fort will be dropped.

I do not really share your pessimism, nor do I get your statement about people need to by more plex when making isk in this game is really easy if you are able to control certain supply and demand aspects.

That argument is predicated on ignoring the capabilities of the average player. It’s easy to say that all you have to do to have copious amounts of money is to do this and that, to control this and that. But that’s not how wealth works, and if everyone is wealthy, then no one is.

So either you don’t understand that if people start making more money then the price of goods will also go up, and the economic equilibrium will still maintain its collective proportionality (meaning that something like a Fortizar will still remain relatively expensive), or you’re fine with keeping high-sec PvP as a luxury activity with a very high barrier to entry, which is exactly the kind of gate-keeping the game doesn’t need right now, seeing as how it’s already holding on to its original PvP-centric culture and values by a mere thread.

I think your perceptions have been heavily skewed by being a part of a monopoly for so long. Maybe you should go roll an alt or two and try to experience the game from the perspective of an average, newer player. And don’t call on your friends or use your mains when things start getting tough.

I do that routinely, by the way.

Maybe…

But I play EVE to have fun as it is a game. If my ability to have fun made me isk and capable of making the right friends to do what I do… cool.

I am not going to apologize for other peoples laziness to want everything handed to them on a golden platter. I am sorry but that is not my problem, sounds like a you or them problem. I am also fully aware that as some point I could and will loose everything. But that is fine as I am more than capable of standing back up again.

If you have not noticed I am in my own alliance a lot going about my business. Jumping in BF when needed. I had about 20 people fleet attack my fortizar. It is just me with a perfectly skilled structure alt manning it. I do enjoy controlling a structure in a fight, I find it relaxing.

OK, right…, just like you missed that fact that Kane does what you pretend to do.

You tell me that I don’t have a clue but he talked on the forums about EdenCommies and it is on the first page of his killboard.

Well from where I am sitting you look pretty poor…

To think RIOT is a merc corp, what an embarrassment. Seems the only thing their good at other then running away when 1 blackflag member shows up in local is being a forum warrior.

Once those cooldowns wear off, I’ll be happy to pay you kids a visit in Amarr. You all will just dock again.

And you shouldn’t, but I’m still going to point out that the reason you feel secure in saying this is because the unfairness inherent in your circumstances enables you to be. It would be like a major null-sec bloc with thousands of super-caps on standby telling new players who want to break into the null arena that they shouldn’t want everything handed to them on a golden platter, and should pull themselves up by the bootstraps to earn what they want, while knowing fully well that accomplishing that is effectively impossible due to the entrenchment and favoritism inherent in the system. Monopolies and oligopolies rarely fix themselves, and usually need impartial government intervention to be addressed.

I am absolutely positive that you’d never let a situation devolve into tangible risk. You have the abilities and contacts to escalate as is necessary, and you will use them when needed. It’s common for people to make claims of tolerance of risk and loss when they know that they won’t actually experience any to the extent that it becomes total or nearly total. Like a rich guy saying that he’d do just fine being poor, when he knows that there are enough fail-safe mechanisms in place that that will actually never happen.

Let me ask you this: have you actually lost everything before?

In EVE, I have lost a couple of times. but it is a game… so what?

Even had to …“shivers”… fly a cane for a bit with t2 and meta gear to build everything back up.

I mean tech II and meta 4 gear… I felt like such a pauper

And how/why did it happen?

Also, are you guys really bringing in temps to smack-talk on the forums? lol

News travels… when forums are active.

There really hasn’t been anything extraordinary here as far as I can tell. We’re having a discussion, and I dunked on Dracvlad for a while. Pretty average stuff, but now you guys have no-post-history temps coming in here to make threats. I kind of fail to see the need behind that, but maybe they didn’t get the memo that we’re still at war? Though I don’t imagine that people who can’t differentiate between “their” and “they’re” do much reading.

I think this thread is going just right , very happy with it , lots of intel for people to read up on. Tactics being use good or bad , ship setups , what war Dec groups are doing and how fun high sec can be .

All posters keep up the good work

I agree with you sir

You dunked yourself.

I posted the loss mails of the loss war HQ, and the a BR of the interception and destruction of the inadequate defending fleet on its way to defend the lost war HQ. And you went all emotive on me, was pretty standard stuff for you.

I was surprised that you went there, and that you managed to save your entire fleet on that Astrahus with that amazing Falcon of yours.

OK…

Dracvlad reminds me of one of those people who will tell war stories at a bar, and will find some vet who just came back and give them “tips” for dealing with their PTSD.

But then you find out that all they did was peel potatoes on board a ship for two years before getting discharged, and the closest thing they had to a combat experience was a SCUD missile splashing into the water 43 kilometres away from their position.

We know you are all emotive about the loss of your war HQ, so much so that you deem a little banter from Blackflag players as threats. Calm down, it is not that bad, it is only a throw away Astrahus, very soon you will be back on your feet again shooting noob ships on the Amarr undock, don’t worry, everything is fine.

In your opinion , which we all have and some more than others need to share this

Why is @Roland_99 's name a different shade from everyone else’s?

Oh yes for me too

Alpha?
