How do you win against a winner who’s always winning? 
I mean it sounds good, until people are putting their structures up in WH and rolling alts/xfering structures so you can never catch them.
I think suspect flagging is the only meaningful solution to this. Make wrecks owned by a) the corp/alliance that lost the ship and b) the corp/alliance that killed the ship, whether it was a suicide gank or not. This way Safety. would be able to continue looting with in-house DSTs since they’ll own the freighter wreck.
People who want to roach cores will have to actually risk losing their ship + the core itself and whatever else they swipe to the loot fairy. Roaching won’t be impossible, it’ll just have a risk of failure now, whether you use a Sunesis or a Rookie ship and a DST.

I really don’t care if they are not talking to me, plenty of other people read this who actually matter, I love this game and I don’t care where the ideas come from that could make it better.

Absolutely, that they are doing this to the most decent, nice and honest poster who so obviously loves this game, says everything about them and their methods. I only mentioned it because it was so obvious and so pathetic.

You are in the “What is Eve Online?” thread, you also know that Eve Online is a game where you set your own objectives in a sandbox which is not just a PvP game.
Achieving your objectives is what keeps you interested and occupied, and in one sense you are winning if you are achieving those objectives.
The win I detailed there is based on the ostracization of another player in an attempt to make them feel bad based on a falsehood, it is all they have left and rather sad and petty. This thread has also exposed a certain prolific troll as being a grade one hypocrite to boot, where HTFU applies to everyone else except themselves, I knew that was the case from pervious threads but then Kane saw it in this thread and pointed it out. In terms of war decs, I remember being in the war dec discord as a defender, I was told that I had no right as I did not war dec, even though I had also done some offensive war decs and had tried to get people to fight back. I was there to give the defenders view in terms of those that wanted a way to fight, it seemed that I was not welcome, only a circle jerk was allowed, including people whining that remote RR was unfair something I disagreed with.
Since that time I have blown up several war HQ’s, blown up multiple other enemy structures etc. including the CODE Fortzar in Niarja before it became Trig space, and destroyed an End of Life Leshak fleet in a war.
Prior to the war HQ there was no point to go after war deccers, they would just dock up if they could not win, there was no way to force a fight, but now there is, they have to risk something, and the weaker ones do not like it, they cry and scream about it. They are weak and feeble, unlike Kane and Blackflag., they put up a Fortizar and say come at us, and Kane puts up a Fortizar on his own and says come at me, Kane and people like him are the real hisec war deccers and they are doing very nicely in the current system thank you.
There are plenty of war deccers around and they have to risk a cheap medium structure and wars linked to it, RIOT lost their structure but now are back at it with a new Medium one in a hisec pocket. So they are not fazed by its loss even though one of them cries about it on the forum.
The issue with war decs is simply that the damage to hisec wars was done way before this system was applied, this system also focuses all the attention on indy players which is of course not the best target, because of that most wars are not defended. In my bio I have detailed what needs to be done for wars, I will put it here for reference:
Hisec war decs - The biggest issue is the inability of allies to operate as a fleet due to the RR change that was implemented at the same time. It was always going to be difficult to create the will to fight, but this made it pretty certain that very few people bothered, thus the changes to war decs ended up being a failure.
My proposal is to enable all allies to rep and be repped by the defender and other allies in that war, to enable this without enabling people to misuse this CCP will need to be very precise on the exact mechanics. Another proposal is to remove the requirement to have a structure to be able to be war decced, but limit the max number of concurrent wars to 3 for each entity. If a war deccer wants more than 3 wars they will have to setup a war HQ and link those additional wars to that structure. The war should also follow the character for 24 hours.
I say this as a player who has defended wars, been an ally and blown up war HQ’s and done our own offensive wars. Simply stating this will make certain peoples heads explode…, they need to calm down.

If it is a personal thing why even bother trying to explain it tbh? Trolls will troll and find a way to slip between the cracks of your logic no matter what you say.
Also my response was for “how to beat a guy that is always winning” not something I would do but it is an option if someone is a complete ass and needs to be blasted down to earth.
It is not a personal thing as such, because many people play Eve their way with certain objectives being their win, as proven in that thread I detailed. And the Trolls will just be trolls because that is the reason they are on these forums.
I will say this, which is personal, I see Eve as a nasty survival game which is why I play. So if I am blowing up more than what I lose, if I am competing in some way against difficult odds, getting through while others lose stuff and building up my wealth and having fun with a decent group then I see that I am winning. And they hate that…

If I loose it, it is 20bill gone but it would have been fun.

Dracvlad is like one of those people photo-bombing B-list celebrities at events in Hollywood, and then sliding into their DMs a few years later with a “don’t you remember me? we were at blah blah together!” and then sending them the photo.
Does he think he’s finally made a powerful ally against the forum “scum”? That if he gives enough tugs, maybe he’ll get that coveted blue status, and will be able to call upon his new friends to smite his forum enemies? Just try to imagine being so sub-human that you’d be willing to prostrate yourself to try to achieve pet status with another player in a video game.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen more shameless, cringe-worthy brown-nosing in my life. Just absolutely yikes.
Let’s not forget that he’s also saying this as a player who, when offered ten billion ISK to legitimately “grief” another player out of the game by any and all means necessary or preferred, he pissed himself like a cornered rat, made every excuse under the sun possible, and then stopped posting here for the better part of half a year.

Doesn’t he know that he can just hire the big strong mercenaries to kill other players for him? Although maybe that’s simply not an option when one values a real-life human dignity at less than the five billion fake video game space dollars it would cost to do so.

Look, it might surprise you, but I have been in fleets with Kane in late 2018 / early 2019 on my alt Lucas Lucias, I like and respect him as a player.
It all started when I returned to Kador and came across some people flashing yellow in Kador Prime, so I went to see what I could kill having worked out it was war deccers shooting a structure. They were in T1 ships and they were repping each other and doing quite well. I was bringing my alt to get a kill but then the old grey brain cells jumped in and I thought why not get in with these lads.
So I praised their defence and left them to it. Next thing I know they invited me to join, obviously I could not do that with Dracvlad, but joined with Lucas, not long after I joined Commander Kane joined and I found myself in fleet with him.
Sadly that alliance decided to go to Caldari space so I left, which was a shame as I was having fun. And most knew who my main was and they were all fine with me.
I know you enjoy these stories, so toodle pip.
NB. None of my toons have been in Blackflag. My Alliance has had several war decs from Blackflag., which of course is pretty pointless now as we have absolutely nothing in Caldari space or even hisec for that matter.
NB2. RIOT are not losers, they are effective war deccers, they are just not as competent as Blackflag. Who are to me very very effective.

Why can’t I be part of the winning team? Why do I have to be stuck with these RIOT losers like some kind of chump? I want to be a part of a group that solves all of its problems by blobbing their opponents too. 
The only time I was ever a part of a winning team was when I sat in the anti-ganking channel, but then super-sleuth Dracvlad banned all of my alts, so I lost that too.
I want to win at least once.

And there we have the problem with eve, trust , they are all Mercs , war Dec ers , gankers types . It’s often hard to know when we you see them which type of hat they are wearing.
