There is a huge gap missing for the prospects in which they have to blops with a blops battleship meaning 1x cyno + 1x blops battleship eats up 2 accounts and then the frigates have no options for boosts or compression. This means even to make blops forward mining gangs entertaining you have to have a minimum 5+ accounts of which 2 accounts will just sit and do nothing while the other 3 mine. The lack of compression further limits forward deployment time requiring blopsing back and forth to drop loads.
A blops porpoise would really solve this niche well, allowing it to pull only expedition frigates forward with blops. i imagine it could have the same warp cloaked ability as the frigates, it would have bonuses for cyno fuel usage if it lights a cyno, drone damage/Missles/or turrets all of which could make it interesting. Maybe limit its range compared to a blops battleship as its a much smaller ship, Maybe decrease its overall boost capability so a normal porp would still out perform it. Give it a decent tank as it would be acting effectively as a deep space porpoise with little support. Allow it to carry one or more expedition frigates in a bay so if you blops forward and only want use prospects you can, assuming you have parking. Give it bonuses to scanning ect.
