Experiment: Putting toxic PVEr's who hate HS Gankers on mute and ignore list

My experiment on Putting toxic PVEr’s who hate HS Gankers on mute and ignore list gives me peace of mind. Why is that?

I thought Gankers were the toxic ones and bullies?

Several comments already proving the point. The way a gamer plays Eve-Online doesn’t necessarily reflect the persons behavior in real life.

Don’t forget to add me to that list. I don’t hate PvP, but here? I can’t stand the mental state of the HS gankers in this game. They’re toxic. Fragile egos and arrogance.

Probably because its like listening to a stuck gramophone record that drones on for 20 years. Quite how the CIA has not yet discovered this method of torture yet is beyond me.

Yeah I have been reading forums to drive off boredom that happens in game outside EU primetime, but what the gankhaters and crybears shows here lately is too much. Constant spam, constant cries for 100% safe highsec and ganking nefs, zero self-reflection, they don’t discuss constructively, they don’t accept counter arguments. Nah, they made this forum cesspool that I no longer bother to read.

Well done.

Yeah, I decided you go to my ignore list as well. Another case of “I am not against PvP” but constantly spamming anti-ganking proposals and don’t discuss in good faith from the beginning.

Maybe they have a plan and play the long meta…

If they persist and grown in numbers even they might win eventually.

Maybe, but what can they win by that? CCP doesn’t care what happens on forum. You can get 50 ppls support your suggestion and they won’t care, this is just playground to entertain ourselves by ourselves. If their goal is to annoy and bother their enemies then by blocking them I prevented them from winning. They can’t do that to me anymore.

And if nobody objects against their stupid ideas they soon lose interest and finally leave. But even if not, I really don’t care if they spam antiganking threads every day and they get another 10 idiots supporting them how awesome idea it is. It changes nothing, CCP won’t do it. And while it is very likely that their constant crying here and on reddit brings another set of ganking nerfs into game, we, gankers, will HTFU and adapt. Or we don’t, we quit and this game dies. Simple as that.

I am all for removing highsec ganking from this game. I want to finally retire and have a life!

Not like Aiko points a Neutron Blaster to your head or something forcing you to stay and keep doing it.

I bet that most of them are just alts of single person. Probably the same guy we all blocked last year.

I don’t get it why they constantly use new and new alts with no history on zkill. I don’t see the ganklers doing that. Only those who oppose suicide ganking. I wonder why…

Yes, it’s all the same guy. There’s only like a dozen of us who use this forums, we obviously can all recognize each other.

Being a ganker has nothing to do with how Toxic you are. I’ve known PLENTY of very toxic guys that have never ganked. Victims feel victimized only because CCP has purposely misled them.

Ganking is a Numbers game, and not a social decision.
Fact is, that 9 out of 10 “legit” PvP engagements involve odds that are at least 3:1, and quite often, 10:1; Basically a slaughter with no chance the defender can even fight at all. It’s just ganking no matter where it’s being done.

The difference is that a Ganker has the balls to lose his ships with every attempted gank.

It’s not courage when you’re losing a ship that is worth 5 times less than the ship that’s being destroyed. It’s strategic, but not courage. Let’s not over-inflate that ego. Gankers need so many ships because they’re only using worthless ones. Gankers don’t fly the good ships.

It is when you have to fight CONCORD.

You don’t fight Concord. You fight a timer. There’s a difference. It’s a math equation and an easy one at that. That math is done before the fight starts… usually. Seriously… aren’t you like the head of CODE? Why am I explaining this to you?

Then, tell me Glen, why can’t you do it?

How am I able to have a killboard, and you aren’t?

It’s such an easy math equation, why can’t you solve it?

I can do it. I don’t want to.

Pay me 5 billion ISK per kill and I’ll join you. I’ll cover the cost of my ships, but you’ll pay me 5 billion ISK per ship to cover my time.

Otherwise, I play this game how I choose. It’s my account. It’s my time.

Well, I’ll play the game how I want then.

Ok?

sure thing.
