Doing some random high sec exploration and some Relic and Data sites that I am finding seem to have cans that may or may not still have items in them but unable to use my analyzer on them.
If I find a site with at least one can un-hacked and I then hack and get the carbon or see it is empty, the site will despawn normally.
This just started today after the patch.
