I have and old character I want to completely redo,Can I remove all skills done to 1 mill sp left or is there a limit I can extract can I extract so the remaining skill are less than 5.5 mill

5.5m is lower limit

You cannot extract anymore once the SP dips below 5.5 million. At 5.5 million is fine, anything below that point and no more extractions.

That said, you probably should just leave core skills like the navigation, CPU, hull, etc. alone.

Also bear in mind that you will lose 20% of the skillpoints.
Extract 500K - Inject 400K

The number of skillpoints you receive from an injector drops to 300K when you pass 50 million skillpoints and again to 150K when you pass 80 million skillpoints.
