Only for a few things, the FW people will be able to just do as usual, the mining requires you to mine a new special ore thats mostly worthless, the data one needs you to hack new data sites that make you go suspect when you enter them, and the mission running one was only for running a single mission of level 3/4 for the elite one and that only gave you like 1.4mil, there was an amarr one for making 60 coercers lol

So most people will either not get much or have to go out of their way to do things

You get rewarded for each ship for this one, just like with freelance jobs. The new ores, once refined give regular minerals plus a new one that is used as a trade in for faction items. The hacking sites are similar to the ones from Shadow wars, I haven’t really tested what you can get from those however.

I guess it will all depend on the rewards for each Empire.

Sure but because the ISK reward scales its probably not really even worth doing as you’ll only get 1/60th of the reward for each one built
