Have you noticed how hard FAX can make something break is?
On top of this they are hard to break themselves. You could cyno 4-5 fax on grid and it would take 500 BS to break their spider tank. Change my mind.
Last but not least is FAX being op a bad thing? Lets discuss or not. Have a nice day.
As a side note smaller and faster targets take less damage in general but they recieve full logi! Does this seem right to you?
Prediction: 6 months from now every null ratter will be using carrier + cloaked cyno alt. If anyone attacks, 5 FAX will be on grid and provide invulnerability while response fleet forms.
If a FAX is OP, why isn’t everyone saving their own ship with FAXes?
Why aren’t there any complaints about FAXes being OP besides this one thread?
You might have just noticed that FAXes exist, but most other players already know about these ships for a while now and they apparently don’t tend to find them OP. Situationally strong, yes. Sometimes even required. But not OP.
Did you just figure out the concept of a capital umbrella all by yourself? Impressive!
The main problem with that strategy is that carriers generally do not have enough EHP to live until the FAXes arrive. Try supers or dreads.
