[feature request] - Corporate Standing Fleets

Hello,

It should be possible to create a permanent corporate fleet, as this is useful.

Advantages/options

You have the option to automatically join the standing fleet, as it is a standing fleet.
You can link the fleet to a channel MOTD.
You can extend the joining criteria, as with normal fleets.
You can use the standing fleet at the alliance or even coalition level.

Problems and how to solve them?
Each fleet has a dynamic fleet ID.
In this case, that is a problem. We need a static ID so that a fleet is still maintained even when no one is online.
Corporate fleets therefore need a static fleet ID so that all links remain intact.

The solution:
Fleet IDs have a longer sequence of digits than a corp ID.
The static fleet ID is a combination of the corp ID and an appendix to create the static fleet ID.

e.g. “FFFFFFFFFFFFF” == ‘CCCCCCCC’+“AAAAA”
ID problem solved.

I hope that this can be implemented quickly and that this idea will find sufficient support.

So no one in your group can remember to start a fleet when they’re the first ones on after DT?

Seriously, it’s just a few clicks.

I seriously don’t understand these “it’s just a few clicks” comments. Why are clicks good? Are you the UI people at CCP’s team manager? Why is it wrong to have fewer clicks, when you have to do them EVERY time.

Some dude earlier was complaining about some other person asking for a keyboard shortcut to add someone to watchlist - “it’s just two more clicks” - yea , my dude, it’s two uninteresting clicks I HAVE to do every time, and I’d rather click a key and click my mouse on more interesting things.
