Ok first, those are not allegations of rule violations, this is my feedback of a content creator of the game and also just facts.
You can buy ingame ships on Twitch with points earned while watching advertising on a stream.
He doesnt deliver the ships and make a insane amount of $ and viewers have to be advised.
Once you buy a ship you have to stays active on stream to get delivered and the more you watch the more you dont want to complain about delay and get orders deleted because of asking about orders, endless loop, very smart.
He says he doing this for fun but run the maximum amount of ads (prolly around 3k$/month), if someone says that on the stream or discord, orders just fall into oblivon.
Viewers can’t talk about delay or we get banned after a first warning, like hey if you want insta deliver this is not for you BUT this is no deliver at all (or just small ones, anyone with a Alpha acct could generate that amount of giveaway) and if you ask why your order is several months not delivered, it get canceled.
