Final Liminality systems possible Abyssal links joining them?!

Looking at the Map and the placement of the Final Liminality systems, I wonder if CCP have plans to link these systems by using a similar system used for Abyssal sites, but being powered by the local system Sun are stable and continuous?

This would make it possible for the Trig to move items from one Final Liminality system in one region to another in another region. Thus allowing for faster movement of items and forces, and bypassing known bottleneck systems.

There is a mention of allowing access to Bujan for those who prove themselves, so we may speculate, that all liminal systems will end up connecting to some triglavian home system
