Everything extra’s in the cargo. Add more shield power relays for more shield recharge, switch resistance amps out if you need tank more against a specific pirate faction, put on MJD if needed, put on more DDA/Ballistic Control if you don’t need tank. Change drones to taste.
Costs Around 1.3-1.4b. Does everything. If I go full tank in every slot aside from MJD I can run Rogue Spy part 1 (level 5).
Such a baller ship. You could go active tank too. Active tank would be a bit more expensive I think but you wouldn’t have to use any low slots on shield power relays. I dual box these so passive tank is preferable for me.
Works with torpedoes too!

looks like a typo 
If you just want to double the Rattle’s speed, a 100mn AB is more efficient.
