USIA specializes in grinding security and distribution missions; they have some great fits good for up to L4 distribution missions.

5mn and cloak are useless in HS.
I don’t remember the volume of the cargo in those missions. I think it may be too low, especially if you run several agents at once.

You want to maximise your warp speed, use the Hyperspatial Velocity Optimizers instead of cargo rigs.

Level 2s up to 450m3 ish (500? not sure)
Level 3s up to 4000m3
Level 4s up to 8000m3
