You don’t do much roaming do you? All the information you asked for can already be easily gathered or extrapolated. Finding where and when people are out is easy.
It’s the bots, acceleration gates, lack (and predictability) of pointing rats, and the insain number of sites an upgraded system produces that make it easy to farm safely.
