On August 5th, we in the Empire celebrate Foundation Day! For those who do not know, Foundation Day marks the construction of the first Amarr church on Athra, now Amarr Prime, by the Prophet Dano Gheinok, who led the first of the faithful onto the planet of Athra.

Loyalists are encouraged to visit the Throne Worlds and homeworlds of the Imperial Heirs and celebrate with fireworks!

History Tour:

On Sunday August 4th and Monday August 5th Friar Theodosius Savnar will give a tour of notable landmarks of the Empire. This tour will embark from Emperor Family Academy in Amarr and be in high security space. It will be announced in “The Summit” and “Local” when he is ready to run the tours. Feel free to email him in the neocomm for specific times.

Also, at NEST 1:00 August 5th, Maria Daphiti will be leading a late night tour of low security landmarks in Amarr space! Fit and fly accordingly!

The guided high sec history tours last about 1 hour to 1.5 hours. It is open to tourists and friends from all over the cluster, as long as your standings in the Empire will not get you shot on sight.

The August 4th tour is planned at 21:00 NEST, while the August 5th tour is planned at 19:00 NEST. We stage in the Emperor Family Academy in Amarr, and leave rather punctually at the stated times. Latecomers can catch up at any time, fleet will be posted in the Summit channel and in the Good Word channel. We will stray at most five or six jumps from the home world, there is much to see nearby.
