FOV. and thanks GM Peanut

First of all, hello. Huge thanks to GM Peanut for the quick response to my email.

The main purpose of this topic is to add the Maximum FOV option to the settings menu in EVE Online, allowing players to enable it as a stable feature. Currently, we can achieve this by holding Alt and scrolling backward, but having it as an official setting would be much more convenient. EVE Online looks absolutely stunning with Maximum FOV enabled.

If you haven’t tried it yet, I highly recommend giving it a shot. Thanks!

Bu konunun asıl amacı, EVE Online’da Maximum FOV seçeneğinin ayarlar sekmesine eklenmesi ve stabil bir şekilde etkinleştirilmesini sağlamaktır. Şu anda Alt tuşuna basılı tutup kaydırma tekerleğini geriye doğru çekerek bu ayarı manuel olarak değiştirebiliyoruz, ancak bunun resmi bir seçenek olarak eklenmesi çok daha pratik olurdu. EVE Online, Maximum FOV etkinleştirildiğinde muhteşem görünüyor.

this can also be done by offsetting the camera just by 1 pixel (no longer looking at your ship) then you can zoom out pretty much indefinitely.

right click in space and hold, move the mouse 1dpi … let go … and the camera is unlocked.

What about scrolling out the POV is not ‘official’?

There are two camera zoom settings. You can zoom the camera position out and in, and you can also zoom the FOV out and in.

Zooming the FOV in can create stunning pictures and is great if you want to get a detailed shot of your ship or see your kill marks.

You can also zoom out to see much more of the grid, but it is the least cinematic option as you won’t see most ships this way, only their icons.

I think it’s good that new players start with a more cinematic view, it gives them a better initial impression if the beauty of EVE.
