Morning

I am a relatively new player, and wanted to try out the Freelance system.

I saw a freelance offer which said deliver “Group: Missiles” to a certain station. It did not specify the type of missile.

I went to a market and bought one of the cheapest missiles I could buy there (which happened to be Defender Missile I). The freelance offer was offering 7ISK per item, and I was able to buy these items at 3.5 ISK per item.

When I got to the delivery location it said that these were not part of the appropriate group.

Which makes me think that I have either completely misunderstood freelance contracts, or else some fundamental issue in the game. It seems obvious to me that missiles are part of the missile group, but I’m clearly wrong about that so please do help!

I also would like to know the answer to that, seems like Groups of items can be tricky to deliver

My guess is that since it’s a defender missile, whose function is solely anti-bomb, CCP spaghetti code doesn’t count it.
