Game exit after selecting a character

I launched the game, chose a character, opened the skill menu and the game freezes.
The next time it always closes after selecting a character.

I found some troubleshooting guides, deleted some cache folders and fixed the permissions.
Then I found the Launcher should be 64 bit. I saw in Task Manager it is 32 bit.
I reinstall all game. It is still 32 bit. Is it normal?

After all, I have no result. What else can I do?

64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

I found errors in windows event log.

Resolved by updating the graphics driver.
