Game freeze after latest update

Hello,

Since the last update some of my account (2/4) cannot be activated in game.

The launcher starts… the character screen is available… i select a character → it loads the game → i see local chat → overview everything but after 1 second of that the game fully freezes.

I tried “verify integrity” in the launcher 2 times now and it doesn’t seem to improve anything.

Any ideas?

Can the cache be manually deleted (delete files and folders) and automatically downloaded after the client starts?
