We need an event to appreciate all the hard work these guys/girls do.

-Im thinking 100% increase in small short range ammo damage.
-99% drop rate
-5 minute timers
-200% range on destoyers

I appreciate the work gankers do to keep high sec mining and hauling competitive.

However, I don’t think we need an ingame event specifically for them. Other events like the current Halloween drop rate event already do that job just fine.

I appreciate the work and effort many Highsec gankers have put in over the years in pursuit of the goal of amusing themselves. Would that other players could do the same!

Of course, an in-game recognition of the worth of this wonderful community of dedicated professionals is unlikely to appear. That should come as no surprise - despite CCP’s occasional delight in courting controversy.

So, I’ll do it, here, in print.
I would like to place on record my gratitude to the wonderful people-who-happen-to-be-gankers I have encountered over the years in this game. I don’t think I’ve ever consorted with a more diverse and canny group of folks online or offline!

Special thanks to my mentor - James 315, who inspired so many of us through his sound advice and side-splittingly humorous writing.

Forum life would be much easier if CCP went back to showing the character’s corp under their portrait.

1. Specifically restricted conduct.

The purpose of the EVE Online forums is to provide a platform for exchange of ideas, and a venue for the discussion of EVE Online. Occasionally there will be conflicts that arise when people voice opinions. Forum users are expected to courteous when disagreeing with others.
