We organise simple defence fleets to react in less than two to three minutes, we organise more complex major fleet battles in 20 to 30 minutes, this is capitals, and stuff, scouts and so on. You are telling me that organizing a gank fleet requires twenty five minutes. Sorry mate, but you are wrong, they built a huge comfort margin into that.

Well a gank fleet is akin to a rapid response fleet as they have the alts in station ready with a full hanger of ships, they know what they are going to gank, as they ship scanned it. If you want to tell me that this is the same as a major fleet fight then I gotta say no.

Hmm where to start on that, you have the ship details, his fit, which is pretty easy, you havethe spreadsheets with the combination of ships required, Talos, catalysts or SB’s. they are quick to hand out of pull from corp hangers. You don’t have to work on more intel apart from whether AG has people there to rep or people to jam, so you build in fat for that. Not exactly difficult.
Enemy fleet composition is a key component of nullsec fleet organisation, you do not have that complexity, all you have to do is work out the excess to deal with any interference.
And this is the most telling part, you are ping warriors, most probably need that time to finish a site in your supers, get them docked and then log in. I find that the biggest reason of all why it should be lower than 25 minutes. As I said this is building in a margin for that and bluntly that is what I am taking a pot shot at with my 10 minutes.
