There is no elite highsec pvp. The only ‘tactic’ used is MWAOR logi and a half dozen scouts set up all over the place (btw half a dozen is 6, its one more digit than most people have on one hand)
No, go and read it again, i pvp anywhere. And hubris is not the word, i dont have excessive confidence; that usually leads to dying a lot, especially in solo pvp.
