If i catch someone in LS,NS or J-Space, they don’t get to play the way they want to either. Don’t pretend that HS is the only place where you can do pve activitis. HS is the only place that give the players the illusion that they are safe and the only thing that is different is that the attacker gets blown up by Concord.

No. You can’t fight back. Smart people can.
Cargo expanders? You fly faction freighters? Why? An Avalanche can tank way higher than any faction freighter. It can exceed 800,000 EHP. An Orca can exceed 1 million EHP. Become a big boy and fly a real freighter.

Nope…I’ve never had a mining permit. In fact I don’t even avoid gankers….I regularly ( sometimes deliberately ) fly through ganker infested systems. But all of my ships have some tactic that avoids being ganked…and even a few surprises if they do attempt a gank. Plus even if I do lose an expensive ship…it would be way less than 1% of my total wealth.
I enjoy the challenge. Bring it on !

what exactly is stopping you from fighting back? Are you locked out of defensive and offensive modules? You can’t tank, can’t use drones, can’t use your alts that you admit to having?
Brothersistermanwoman, the glory of this game is that you can do anything you want, whenever you want. Except, apparently, do distribution missions while baked and not want to go to lowsec. Regardless of that issue, this game isnt new. Surely you’ve heard of the battle proc? Surely you’ve heard of the fleets of ventures that have taken down juicy targets?

LOL, so funny, PvE wh pilot is unhappy when he is that E because of nice loot (like typical NPC, easy single target with solid bounty which worth a wasted fleet).
Looks like easy Pve life in WH became unhappy pvE life when need to sell that juicy loot in more complex space. Everything depends on which side of ‘v’ you are and why.
Ganking is invalid.
No counterplay means no balance.

So don’t let them! If you’re a GOOD player, they arrive, decide they didn’t plan hard enough, and run away. Or they try, fail, and lose their ships.
