Ganking is a valid form of gameplay, just like PvP everywhere else in EVE Online, and it takes practice to get good at, more inside

and i like to blow those people and cargo up

You like murdering women?

:eyes:

only if they are you know what

it is just wrong

Are you Amarrian?

:face_with_hand_over_mouth:

I literally trashed some exotic dancers I found the other day

I am no expert on the Amarrian religion but according to them their deity warrants enslavement of the Minmatar so who knows maybe this is also normal in their views. Can’t know either way.

people in the south used to have slaves, what is your point, it is wrong and has always been that way, just think of the amarr as southerners from history, i am not one of those people

and now my indi is acting up, come on!

it is not letting me start a single job and i have no active ones that are blocking the que

No idea, never been to the Southern Corridor so no personal experience with people and their worldview there.

i am talking about real life, not the game

Oh, nevermind then, discussing real-life religions is against the forum rules. :eyes:

i did not know that, thank you.

@Distaine No! I never meant as punishment. I meant the opposite. I have no particular issue with Ganking. I totally support Hilmar when he said one goal of Eve Online is good science-fiction. Crime and criminality adds realism we might not like (and for many try to avoid) but that is the gameplay choice of many others. Good science fiction draws from realism. Mining permits for example are entirely a player creation - some pay (and sometimes get ganked anyway), some don’t. I was trying to get to a point of making the play richer - keep it in the game. I think confiscating dropped property still fits nicely. I also think that CONCORD should NOT have an absolute, predictable arrival time…sometimes if at all. I think arrival times should vary and actually allow gankers a percentage that CONCORD does not show in time. The gankers get away, keep their ships and the property. Such is life and reality. That way we have a full spectrum of victims recovering some of their lost property all the way to the wretched criminals getting away.

Nothing wrong with ganking someone once in a while  It will surely happen to me one of these days but fortunately the ship would have paid for itself several times over way before that.

I don’t mind ganking but what you’re doing is suicide!

Ganking isn’t part of EVE…to some extent ganking ( in its various forms ) is EVE. Wanton destruction is the pivotal point for the entire rest of the game. It is what gives everything else meaning and context…and without which the game becomes like the eponymous Baldrick coffee, which has no coffee in it.
