Except we know it is not. You can easily field a fleet of tier 1 frigates, which will absolutely destroy the “ganker” catalyst fleet.
The Caldari by themselves hold the key to do so.

The gankers stop ganking why your fleets on the field , at which point it becomes boring .
Only way to make ag a thing is to make it proactive , like a ganker on the forums said in some other post .
Just as we think of ways to interfere with the gankers and eve has many ways you can try, gankers will try to stop our attempts and counter them .
In a universe where mass cloning exists, if you cannot figure out how to combat this, it is clear why “anti-ganking” never caught on.
Ponder it more and you shall figure it out.
