Hi I have been having issues with EVE online and maybe other games lately with micro stuttering all the time. If someone has had this issue before please let me know how you addressed it. I have no idea if its background processes, improper drivers, GPU is got some issues etc. I have spent hours online looking through solutions and nothing works.
-I uninstalled Video drivers with clean un-install, and reinstalled newest.
-changed page file cache sizes
-deleted Vram cache, Nvidia cache, shader caches
-turned off in Device manager (high precision event timer, microsoft device association root enumerator)
-disabled ALL default background services on Win 10
-turned off all extra apps such as MSI afterburner, Rivatuner,steam, updaters, a list of services and disabled 1 by 1 programs on task manager.
Cannot find a fix.
My system is
AMD Ryzen 3600x
Win 10 all updates
Asus Nvidia RTX 2080
