Halp I'm being griefed!

So after a chill day hunting for ventures in the belt I set to work looting left over veldspar optimized parts for mining etc and even scrapping so I could turn those eyesores into mats for cute catalysts.

Much to my dismay Concord grabbed me and shot me down on my way back to Jita. I was like wow rude, but congratulated concord on the gank and set about my business.

Once again as I undocked from Jita concord ganked me, it was upsetting because it was my favorite pink catalyst. But I once again congratulated concord on there kill! I wasn’t going to be reduced to profanities like some highsec carebear that mines veldspar in highsec all day. No sir that would go against my core beliefs and I’m not a poor sportsman.

So I went back to my business :boom: boom :boom: again Concord grabbed me in it’s clutches and popped my ship like a balloon. At this point Concord had followed me from the belt, from Jita, almost out to Hilaima and all I wanted to do was check the glaze for more miners.

It was the fourth time I realized that something most foul was a foot, this wasn’t a suicide gank this was blatant cheating the concord ship wasn’t podded the same way I am when I try to catch the ventures and those slippery pods.

I’m being griefed, this makes me feel sad and hurts my feels. When I was just trying to catch ventures mining without permits, I feel strongly that something needs to be done about concord insta kills.

As a pirate I should be able to use my piloting skills to escape the same way venture pilots do when I drop from the sky. Most of the time I just run a rack of blasters and am bubble gum pink in the belt no thrusters no nothing, I believe if they could not escape my max 300km speed it was there own fault for not playing the game.

But I am playing the game I’m out there fishing in the asteroids, why is it that concord gives Ventures a free pass for mining without a permit and not playing the game. And I Spring Sky who enforce the law and am playing the game is griefed by concord around every corner.

I want to wave my wallet and demand changes because I’m a paying customer that’s not being represented by the CCP.

Seriously?

You needed to start this in warfare and tactics?

Your wallet won’t be waving at you today as this thread should of been written in general discussion.

Sorry thought the context was for pvp

Being a criminal means that CONCORD will engage and kill you in hi sec. The response-time of CONCORD depends on the security of space, anything between a few seconds up to half a minute. During that time, while piloting a ship with a criminal flag you’ll be unable to enter warp, jump through gates, dock up in stations, eject from, store or switch ships. Those restrictions are lifted once your ship is destroyed and you’re in your capsule. That doesn’t necessarily mean you can do these things, as all those actions (with the exception of warping away) would also be prohibited by an active weapon timer .

Jumping into or undocking a ship in high security space as a criminal will allow you to benefit from the [session change timer] invulnerability, but it only delays the inevitable demise of your ship. Even if your criminal timer runs out during the invulnerability, CONCORD will still follow through and destroy your ship, even though you’re no longer a criminal when the invulnerability wears off.

If you really need to decide who you are at war with then it can stay!

(Well that’s not up to me though I reported it as this is not really war and tactics)

Frostwar-tactics

Are you at war vs the other pilots or is it Concord?

It reads a lot like some rank about concord because you’re a pirate.

Let’s just now call you a pirate complainer.

Sorry there’s a lot of satire in there I lts my unusual way of asking questions I was just curious if I’m playing pvp why are there extra layers of concord involved when I’m willing to actively engage in pvp by hitting ventures

without being in a war, you are doing criminal activity in hisec which engages concord to attack you for 15 minutes.

No this is after the timers up

It’s more about security status.

thats not CONCORD!!!

CONCORD
Faction Police
Faction Navy

are all different entities… While you can’t escape CONCORD you can escape and attack FacPo and FacNav… in your case FacPo.

Well that answers that! Thank you

Once your security status drops to -5.0 or below (technically -4.95) you become an outlaw , also commonly referred to as “perma flashy” .

  • Security status of -2.0 or below means you’ll be attacked in 1.0 systems.
  • Security status of -2.5 or below means you’ll be attacked in 0.9 systems.
  • Security status of -3.0 or below means you’ll be attacked in 0.8 systems.
  • Security status of -3.5 or below means you’ll be attacked in 0.7 systems.
  • Security status of -4.0 or below means you’ll be attacked in 0.6 systems.
  • Security status of -4.5 or below means you’ll be attacked in 0.5 systems.

I must be doing it right then!

Anyway apologies in advance I was reading about the gank bank and thought I was in the crime and punishment forum.

This can also be closed, I thought it was all concord and I was getting insta locked after the timers up.

Omg your right Felix is making mountains out of ant hills it was a mistake on my cellphone, so your saying he’s the guy making CCP run around the forums like that. Wow truly no shame Felix you should really ease up and appreciate all that they do for us. @Uriel_the_Flame

A small part of my backstory is that I am on team concord.

So you partaking in ganking and hanging out with gankers was just an attempt at infiltrating their ranks, a form of undercover CONCORD police activity?
